Feedback from Retirement Village Residents

Emil Ford Lawyers have been privileged to assist residents of

• Glenaeon Village at Belrose;and
• Lutanda Manor at Pennant Hills

in signing new village contracts as part of the Lend Lease contract standardisation project.

Despite recent negative publicity regarding resident dissatisfaction with retirement village living, the responses that we received from residents in the villages were:

 “Best thing I ever did”,
“We should have done it sooner”,
“I love living here”.

We did not receive one negative response from any resident!
